Installed on the tools you already use

We install it on your systems. You own it.

Pick the jobs that eat your week: the calls you miss, the enquiry somebody retypes, the follow-up nobody sends, the report you build by hand every morning. We set each one up on the tools you already run, in your own accounts, and hand you the keys. The first parts are usually live the same day. After handover we keep no copy of your data and no access, unless you ask us to keep looking after it.

Tell us which tools you use

A call, not a form to fill in. On that call we quote one fixed price for your job, in writing, before any work starts -- and if we cannot make it worth your while, we will say so.

The four jobs we get asked for, and how a build runs. Generated footage; a narrator, not a customer.

Nobody retypes anything, and the one that stalls is the one you hear about.

What we install

  • On your phone line

    Every call answered

The calls you miss are answered, the caller's name, number and need are written down, and you get a text with every call.

  • your connected CRM · your connected CRM · your connected CRM

    New enquiries filed for you

A form, an email or a call becomes a contact and a note in the system you already use, with nobody retyping it.

  • From your Gmail

The follow-up that always goes out

The reminder, the "your part is in", the thank-you: written for you and sent from your own email once you approve it.

  • From the reports you already get

    One morning report

Yesterday's calls, jobs, bookings and sales from each of your systems, in one email before you start.

  • your meeting service · Meet · your meeting service

    Meeting notes

A note-taker joins your your meeting service, Google Meet or your meeting service call and emails everyone the decisions and who does what.

  • Your GitHub · your server

    Your own operator

It watches your inbox and new leads every few minutes and tells you what needs you, running on your own server.

How fast

  • Day one: the phone line, and anything that works from the emails and exports your systems already send.
  • Then: systems that need a vendor's approval or an API fee (some point-of-sale and booking systems) connect as soon as the vendor allows. We tell you which ones before we start, and what the vendor charges.

What you get

The build

from $2,000: one fixed price for your job, quoted on a call, half to start and half when you have seen it work

  • We watch the work being done once, and write down what actually happens -- not what the manual says.
  • The build itself: the forms, the routing, the messages, the records, and whatever has to talk to whatever.
  • It runs on your own accounts (your GitHub, your server, your keys), or we look after it for you. On your accounts we hand it over and keep no copy of your data.
  • You see it working on your own data before you pay the second half.
Then

looking after it, for as long as you want it looked after, from $300 a month, quoted with the build

  • It is watched. When something it depends on changes, we find out before you do.
  • Fixes are included. If it breaks, fixing it is not a new quote.
  • Small changes are included: a new field, a different message, another recipient.
  • A new workflow is a new build, quoted first. We will always say which one it is before doing the work.
With your phone line

the automation above, plus After Hours answering the calls you miss, quoted together

  • One quote covers both, and either part can be stopped on its own.

How the money works

  • Half the setup fee starts the work, half is due when it is running on your own data and you have watched it run.
  • The monthly starts the month after it goes live, not the day you pay the deposit.
  • There is no contract and no notice period. Stop the monthly and what was built keeps running; we stop watching it.
  • A second, different workflow is a second build, quoted the same way. We will say which it is before doing the work, not after.
  • You do not buy any software from us or anyone else to make it work.

Before you ask

  • We keep it small on purpose. That is why the list of things we sell is short and why the person who builds it answers the phone.
  • We will tell you when not to. Some jobs are cheaper left alone. That is a sentence on a call, not an invoice.
  • Your data stays yours. On your own accounts we keep no copy and no access after handover. If we look after it for you, we take only what the job needs, and it is deleted when you stop.

After Hours answers the calls you miss · Meeting notes writes up the calls you take · everything we run.
