Landlines
BT and other fixed lines
- BT. Call Diversion has to be switched on for your line first (it is a BT feature with a monthly charge; ask BT or turn it on in your account). Then the same codes work from the handset:
*21*number#for all calls,*61*number#for unanswered,#21#and#61#to stop. - Virgin Media, Sky, TalkTalk and VoIP lines. Diversion lives in the provider's settings or app rather than a dial code. Tell us the provider and we do it with you on the phone.

Then ring yourself.
- Ring your own number from another phone and let it go unanswered.
- Dusklin picks up, says it is an AI, and asks what the caller needs.
- You get the message: the caller's name, number and request, by text where your line supports it, otherwise by email.
