Last changed 2026-09-23. These terms are between you and OdileUSA L.L.C., which sells Dusklin.

What you are buying

Dusklin answers your business phone when you cannot, takes messages, and books appointments on a calendar you connect. Plans are month-to-month, billed by our payment processor in the currency shown on your country's page, and renew until you cancel.

The free fourteen days

Monthly plans start with fourteen days free. Cancel before they end and you pay nothing.

The pilot

The pilot checkout takes a single setup charge when you sign up and starts the Pro subscription with its first thirty days free, so the subscription's first monthly charge falls on day thirty-one. The setup charge covers setting the receptionist up on your line and the first thirty days of service. The pilot fee is refundable in full for thirty days, for any reason or none, and refunding it also ends the subscription before it ever bills. After day thirty-one it is no longer refundable.

Cancelling

Cancel whenever you like, from the link in your receipt or by emailing us. Service runs to the end of the period you already paid for. We do not pro-rate a part-month and we do not charge a cancellation fee.

What we promise, and what we do not

We aim to keep the phone answered around the clock, but this is software that runs on third-party telephony, speech, hosting and calendar services, any of which can have an outage. We do not promise uninterrupted service. We are not an answering service staffed by people, and the receptionist can misunderstand a caller. Check your messages. Nothing we publish is legal, tax, medical or financial advice.

Your side

Use the product for a real business you are entitled to represent. Do not use it to make unsolicited calls, to impersonate anyone, or for anything unlawful. Where your country requires callers to be told that a call is recorded or transcribed, the receptionist says so at the start of the call; you are responsible for any further notice your own rules require.

Price changes

The price you sign up at is yours for as long as your subscription runs unbroken. If we change list prices we tell you by email, and the change applies only to new subscriptions.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law
