Setup · France
Point your line at Dusklin.
Your Dusklin number arrives by email once your hours, services and rules are set up. Forwarding your calls to it takes about a minute, your own number stays exactly as it is, and you can undo it with a code.
Mobiles
Orange
- Unanswered calls only (recommended). Dial
*61*then your Dusklin number then#, and press call. Calls you do not pick up within about twenty seconds go to Dusklin; the ones you answer are unchanged. - Every call, for example after closing. Dial
*21*then your Dusklin number then#. Your phone will not ring; Dusklin answers instead. - Busy line. Dial
*67*then your Dusklin number then#, so a caller who finds you engaged reaches Dusklin instead of a tone. - To stop.
##61#,##21#or##67#cancels that one diversion.##002#clears all manual diversions at once.
Codes verified on Orange's own help page (assistancepro.orange.fr, "Comment programmer un renvoi d'appel depuis mon mobile"). Diverting is free on Orange; the diverted leg is billed as an outgoing call at your plan's rate.
Mobiles
Free Mobile
- Every call. Dial
*21*then your Dusklin number then#, and press call. Check with*#21#. Stop with#21#. - No-answer and busy. Free offers these too, but we could not find the exact code on a Free-owned page. Check with Free Mobile (your account or assistance.free.fr) rather than try a code at random.
Unconditional forwarding verified on support-pro.free.fr, "Comment paramétrer un renvoi d'appel ?".
Mobiles
SFR and Bouygues Telecom
Both offer mobile call forwarding, but we could not verify their codes on their own help pages (SFR's page was unreachable; Bouygues' page is a JavaScript app with no readable content via fetch), and an independent source gives a different busy-call code for SFR than the GSM standard. Check with SFR or Bouygues Telecom (their online help or customer service) for the exact code rather than guessing.
Landlines
Orange fixe and other boxes
- Orange (Livebox). Diverting an Orange landline is managed from the online account or app, not necessarily with the same codes as mobile. Check with Orange.
- SFR, Bouygues (Bbox), Free (Freebox) and VoIP. Diversion lives in your box's account or app. Tell us the provider and we do it with you on the phone.
Check it
Then ring yourself.
- Ring your own number from another phone and let it go unanswered.
- Dusklin picks up, says it is an AI, and asks what the caller needs.
- You get the message: the caller's name, number and request, by text where your line supports it, otherwise by email.
Stuck at any step, reply to the setup email or write to hello@odilelabs.com. We will do it with you on the phone.
