Straight answers
Is it a person?
No. Dusklin is software and says it is an AI at the start of every call. It can misunderstand a caller; you read the transcript in your console and check your messages.
What happens to the recordings?
Call records, audio and transcripts are kept for 90 days and messages for up to twelve months, then deleted. Nothing is used to train models and nothing is sold. Data is processed in the United States; the privacy policy and processing terms explain what, where and on what basis.
Do I need a new number?
No, if your phone system or VoIP provider can send calls to a SIP address. For systems that only forward to a number, write to hello@odilelabs.com; we set up a number for your country where we can.
